Our service pricing reflects what we consider fair for the areas we serve. Pricing for estimates and quotes will vary based on the specific circumstances and complexity of each situation. Except for emergency services, our rates are based on strictly adhered-to time-based service schedules. Response times are determined by severity and availability and cannot be guaranteed. We strive to deliver the best possible effort in everything we do.

Trip charges are incurred for any customer outside of a 25 mile radius of our office location. They increment for every 25 miles based on round trip distance. Travel distances based on Google Maps.

Pre-scheduled service calls, emergency call-outs, and scheduled maintenance visits all vary wildly in scope, complexity, and pricing at times. We strive to keep our charges fair in all circumstances. Some cases may require more extensive handling, increased time on-site, or delays in being able to perform certain services or repairs. All of this is taken into account on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to ask us if you believe there are discrepancies in charges, and we will look into it.
In the event of system outages or equipment failures, we can often replace some items immediately to restore services; other times, we may have to resort to a "best effort" attempt to fix things temporarily using different equipment until replacements can be sourced.
With some availability of "Crash Kits" for certain situations, we will be able to fully restore services by setting up temporary workarounds to get things functioning at a basic level. If you are a subscribed customer, in some cases, we will have direct replacements on hand for some of the most common hardware. Additionally, subscribed customers are afforded constant service monitoring, backups, and software and firmware management with no additional charges.
