Service Requests / Help Desk

Depending on your needs, service requests can be processed in a few different ways: through remote assistance by opening a help desk dialog or through a physical site visit for issues such as outages, repairs, or a MAC (move, add, or change) order.

Both methods will initiate the service process, but starting in the right place will expedite the solution.

If you require programming changes or are experiencing issues with a device, whether it's a PC or telephone that could likely be resolved by programming or via a remote assistance session then submitting a Help Desk request is the appropriate course of action.

For requests involving physical tasks, such as moving a phone, installing a data jack, or replacing a handset cord, a Work Order request would be suitable. The Work Order request is also your destination if you need to request a quote or estimate be provided for a project or job you are inquiring about.
